I’m so glad they finally opened a Princess Polly nearby! This location is so nice and open, and the workers are amazing. Jessie was so helpful and friendly, she always went out of her way to make sure that I was finding everything I needed and made me feel like she enjoyed talking to customers instead of just doing her job. She definitely went above and beyond!

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Karla from Princess Polly — she was honestly amazing. From the moment I interacted with her, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and takes pride in making sure customers have a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to shop here!!

The store is looking so cute!! I went in looking for some summer fits and Ariana was the sweetest ever! She helped me find the perfect top and skirt. Not to mention, the location is perfect. I usually shop online but in-person was a great experience (:

I visted Princess Polly at the Glendale Galleria on Sunday, 9/7/2025, and experienced the best customer service I've received in a LONG time! I was in a rush and desperately needed a black evening gown. Every employee greeted me, asked if they could help, and asked if I needed something specific. Once I told them what I needed, I realized I left a personal item in another store and had to run to go retrieve it. When I returned, they had every available black evening gown in my size waiting for me in a fitting room. I felt so special and cared for. Every lady in the store was amazing and I wish I would have taken the time to get their names because they all deserve a personalized shout out. Thank you to Princess Polly and their entire team that was there that Sunday morning.

You have no idea how happy I am that the store has finally opened up! The store was very well organized, was in a rush to find a last minute outfit and was helped by Ariana who was able to get me the perfect outfit in time for my event! Thank you so much you literally saved my day!

I had a great experience shopping at Princess Polly thanks to Ariana. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without getting impatient! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even suggested a few pieces I would have not picked myself—but ended up loving. It is rare to find such great customer service. I will definitely be back!

I am an import magazine and book junkie so, on my first visit last year around in the fall I was SMITTEN. Stores that merchandise outside the box are going to win with me. That said, this location has a really good number of imported magazines from Asia and UK sprinkled with some great fashion adjacent books like Euphoria fashion throughout the store. I am a dork and was walking around like it was a magazine/book scavenger hunt (most people likely would not notice or care about this sort of thing). I was taking them out from under the small displays (one by one). I put them back as found because I am not rude like that. I was looking through mooks of Purple and Wonderland to name a few. I have not even seen Wonderland in bookstores for a few years. Everyone was super chill and did not tell me to stop or leave (they probably thought I was a little nutty but who knows...). The fashion and ideas in those are crazy. A lot of people say the magazine industry is dead but if you go to local bookstores and indies', you may think differently. The store portion of my review is: very cute and reasonably priced 'on trend' apparel. I found a top with cut out flowers on one side that is cut and designed to be worn to work (business casual, of course). I wore it for the first time recently and people were asking me where I got it so, mission accomplished (look cute and not like a boring robot at work). I don't want to look like a man, and I found a few other things here that are similar in aesthetic. I am really not the target demographic which is more teens and maybe to late 20's but you have to be open to looking in all types of stores and be willing to mix and match vs doing the basics. Here are some of the other positives: Great lighting, associates are chill (as aforementioned), good turn over of new items every time I go and I drop in maybe once or twice a month. I am almost never inclined to write a review of any store these days but I wanted to praise this company for

I was so excited to hear about this store opening at this location, first time I visited instantly felt the great vibes! After going for a while I’ve had exceptional help from store associate Pam and since the very beginning she has made my shopping experience at Princess Polly so comfortable and exciting, as someone who hates trying on clothes in fitting rooms I was surprised to see myself trying almost every item I picked out and it was all thanks to Pam. Let’s not mention her great sense of style and fashion advice, I’ve had a couple events and she always comes through with the best combos! After visiting the store today i noticed that there was a lack of staff on the floor which seemed a little odd because of previous times I’ve visited and there’s been multiple people just making sure everyone is being attended. Between the big line of costumers trying to pay I caught Pam trying to help all of them so I took that as a sign to come back another time because sincerely I only shop if I have help from Pam!!!!!!
